I checked Hyperwenable and it seems it’s going through some technical problem and the site was down. Having a free web domain is my priority right now. But I think it is better to get one that’s dependable and will give you a smooth running web without any problems.

So far I know this service is still up and available. Just before you apply, check if you can fulfil their requirement for approval.

I agree that we need a dependable host. You can try FreeHostia to host a WordPress blog and many more things with their free account service.
